Attorney Li Bo started his legal profession since 2004 and has been in the business for more than ten years, mainly engaged in criminal finance and financial litigation, criminal defense, government legal consultation, corporate legal consultation and other related businesses. In the area of financial litigation, he successively provided special legal services for the Agricultural Bank of China, Guangdong Development Bank, Bank of China, and Ping An Bank, and worked on more than 900 financial loan cases and civil and criminal cases, and accumulated rich experience in handling financial cases; in the sector of criminal defense, he is experienced in handling such cases as duty-related crimes like bribery and abuse of power, environmental pollution crimes, organized crimes of a criminal nature, illegal fund-raising crimes and false issuance of VAT invoices; and the results of the defense include exemption from prosecution, acquittal and probation. At present he serves as legal consultant of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Veteran Cadres, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Tongzhou District in Beijing, the China Association of Senior Citizens, and the Public Security Fire Detachment of Tongzhou District; and member of the Committee of Social and Legal Affairs of the MDC Beijing Municipal Committee, and member of the Environment and Resources Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. On his behalf, Beijing King & Capital Law Firm was selected by the China Centre for Promotion of SME Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the preferred legal service provider in 2014, 2015 and 2016; also represented by him, the firm was selected as a specialized legal service organization by Beijing Equity Exchange Center in 2014; and in 2015, he was selected by the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau as a lecturer for combating illegal fund-raising.
