Lawyer Ren Jisheng is a first-grade lawyer, honorary director of King & Capital Law Firm and chief lawyer. He is currently a member and arbiter of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, adjunct professor at the China University of Political Science and Law, and adjunct research fellow at the China Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Law. Lawyer Ren Jisheng finished his graduate studies with the Department of Foreign Affairs at Renmin University of China in 1952, specializing in international private law and international economic law. He formerly served as assistant professor and lecturer at Renmin University of China, associate research fellow at the China Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Law, deputy-chairman of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, first deputy chairman as well as the second and third chairpersons of the All China Lawyers Association, director of the International Bar Association, deputy chairman and general manager of China Legal Services (Hong Kong) Co Ltd, director of the China Centre for Legal Affairs and deputy director of the China Centre for Lawyer Affairs. Lawyer Ren Jisheng also advised such units as the head office of the People’s Bank of China, CITIC Group, the head office of SINOPEC, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China Great Wall Energy Corporation,  the Hong Kong branch of the Bank of China, the Shenzhen branch of China Construction Bank, the Ministry for Textiles and Industry and the Ministry of Water Resources.
