On 10 March 2022, (ISC)² held a sharing activity on "Brief Analysis of Legal Risks in the Field of Data Security & IoT Security Services" for online members of Beijing Chapter, inviting Wang Fei, a senior partner of King & Capital Law Firm in Beijing, to share his views on the legal risks in the field of data security, from the classification of main legal risks in the field of data security, description of legal liabilities and risks in the field of data security. Wang Fei explained the three aspects of "classification of major legal risks in the field of data security, description of legal responsibilities in the field of data security and suggestions for risk avoidance in the field of data security".
