Recently, the Beijing Central Enterprises Investment Association (BCEIA) issued a letter of appointment, announcing that Beijing King & Capital Law Firm has been appointed as the permanent legal advisor of its Compliance and Risk Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Compliance Committee") and has been selected as one of its member units, and that attorneys Ma Tao and Xu Ying have been appointed as the special legal expert advisors of the Compliance Committee.
