Recently, the Beijing Central Enterprises Investment Association (BCEIA) issued a letter of appointment, announcing that Beijing King&Capital Law Firm has been appointed as the permanent legal advisor of its Compliance and Risk Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Compliance Committee") and has been selected as one of its member units, and that attorneys Ma Tao and Xu Ying have been appointed as the special legal expert advisors of the Compliance Committee.
Beijing King&Capital Law Firm will assist the Compliance Committee of Beijing Central Enterprises Investment Association to provide practical and feasible professional paths of compliance for more than 100 central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises members of the Association, to help improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and accelerate the construction of a modernized enterprise compliance governance system.
Beijing Central Enterprises Investment Association (BCEIA) is the first central enterprise investment exchange platform in China and a professional organization in the field of central enterprise investment in the country. With central and local state-owned enterprises as the main participants, the Association promotes the standardization and scientificization of members' investment decisions through summit forums, investment cooperation and regular project roadshows, promotes the optimization of the economic layout, structural adjustment and strategic restructuring of state-owned enterprises, and serves the goal of building the rule of law in enterprises put forward by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC).

The appointment as the permanent legal advisor of the Compliance Specialized Committee is the affirmation and recognition by Beijing Central Enterprise Investment Association of King&Capital Law Firm's professionalism in the field of corporate compliance and its outstanding advantages in the field of criminal compliance.
