On August 2, 2022, the Management Committee of Mediation Center of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises decided to hire Huang Peng, a lawyer from King&Capital Shanghai Branch, as a mediator for Mediation Center of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

The Mediation Center of China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises was established in December 2019 as an internal institution of China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, which belongs to the industry professional mediation promotion organization.2021 In October 2021, the Cases Division of the Supreme People's Court and the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises signed the "Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment of Online Suit-Redress Matchmaking Mechanism for Contradictions and Disputes in the Field of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises," which formally established a "In October 2021, the Court Division of the Supreme People's Court and the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment of an Online Dispute Resolution Mechanism for Conflicts in the Field of Small and Medium Enterprises, formally establishing the online dispute resolution mechanism. The Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises has set up a three-tier organizational structure (provincial mediation office, municipal mediation office, district and county mediation offices) in the pilot areas, which are docked with the corresponding People's Court divisions. It guides mediation organizations and mediators to be stationed on the mediation platform, and organizes mediation organizations and mediators to carry out online mediation and litigation and mediation docking work. Mediation organizations and mediators included in the roster of invited mediators on the general-to-general platform can be selected and recruited by the people's courts at the provincial, municipal, district and county levels.
