On August 27th, the "2022 Guiku Annual Conference and Summit Forum on Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow of China's Lawyer Profession" was successfully held in Beijing. The forum centered on a number of themes, reviewing the history, examining the present, and anticipating the changes and future of China's lawyers. Mr. Zhu Yonghui, Director of King&Capital Law Firm, and Mr. Xu Ying, Senior Partner of King&Capital Law Firm and Deputy Director of King&Capital Criminal Defense Research Center, were invited to attend this forum. The meeting was presided over by President Liu Guiming of Guikeng College.
The forum mainly focuses on "Review and Precipitation - Yesterday of Law Firm", "Inheritance and Development - Today of Law Firm ", "Exploration and Innovation - From Yesterday to Today", "Future and Prospect - Tomorrow of Law Firms " and other topics were launched, and the participating guests carried out in-depth exchanges around these thematic dialogue sessions, jointly summarizing the past year of China's lawyers' industry and seeking exploratory directions for the future development. Nearly three hundred people from the country, including legal experts, lawyers and young talents, participated in the conference through online and offline.

The unveiling ceremony of "China Criminal Compliance Forum" was presided over by Qi Ziyi, Director of Legal Editing Office of Intellectual Property Publishing House, Li Fenfei, Professor of Law School of Renmin University of China and Director of Corporate Compliance Prosecution Research Base, Zhu Yonghui, Director of King&Capital Law Firm, Qian Leyang, Director of Beijing Zihua Law Firm, Yang Mingsheng, Director of Guangzhou Jinpeng Law Firm, Yang Mingsheng, Director of Guangzhou Jinpeng Law Firm, and Zhu Yonghui, Director of Beijing Zihua Law Firm. Mr. Yang Mingsheng, Director of Beijing Zhongtong Law Firm, Mr. Wang Bo, Founder of Guangzhou Jinpeng Law Firm, and President Liu Guiming pressed the big screen together, and the "China Criminal Compliance Forum of Hundred People" successfully set sail.
In the dialogue session of "Exploration and Innovation - From Yesterday to Today", Mr. Xu Ying, Senior Partner of King&Capital Law Firm and Deputy Director of Kyoto Criminal Defense Research Center, and Mr. Zhu Yonghui, Director of King&Capital Law Firm, discussed the topic of "From Law Firm to Profession" respectively.
