In this salon, Mr. Yu Wen introduced the root cause of the mixing of family assets and business assets and the solutions to deal with it. Lawyer Yuwen suggested that family businesses rely more on family leaders and need to work harder to maintain the inheritance of culture and values, and that attention should be paid to the impact of the personal death of the business owner as a natural person on the business, as well as to the impact of the "common debt and common signature", "husband and wife company", "equity company" and "family business" on the business. The salon also introduced the risks and root causes of mixing family assets and business property under the joint property system of husband and wife, centering on typical cases such as "joint debt co-signing", "husband and wife company" and "equity holding". The salon also discussed the top-level design of segregation of family assets and enterprise assets, in which Mr. Yu Wen focused on methods of internal corporate governance, optimizing the design of shareholding structure, and borrowing tools to segregate risks in order to protect family assets and safeguard the operation of the enterprise.
