On May 4, 2023, the first young lawyers' practice skills competition and the ninth ceremony of awarding robes were successfully held by the Party Committee of Lawyers' Profession of Chaoyang District and Chaoyang District Lawyers' Association, which was jointly organized by the Party Committee of Lawyers' Profession of Chaoyang District and the Chaoyang District Lawyers' Association. Lawyer Ma Zhao

Application Principles and Methods of Conflict of Laws - From a Foreign Legal Succession Case" won the Third Prize of the First Chaoyang District Young Lawyers Practice Skills Competition; at the same time, Mr. Ma Zhao won the Overall Excellence Prize of the First Chaoyang District Young Lawyers Practice Skills Competition with excellent performance.

Mr. Ma Zhao is a lawyer in the Corporate and Compliance Department of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm. Mr. Ma has been running his own business for many years, and has rich practical experience in the construction of shareholding structure, shareholders' disputes, and legal issues related to business operation. Mr. Ma worked for a U.S. listed company and was involved in the pre-listing due diligence, PE financing, overseas structure construction, share reform and the entire process of listing in the U.S. He also participated in a number of acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions and large-scale land asset transactions in the negotiation and review of legal documents and the entire transaction process. Mr. Ma is currently a member of the Corporate Practice Research Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, and is mainly engaged in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, criminal and civil cross-border litigation, group litigation, and litigation related to companies.

Ye Jing, Beijing King&Capital Law Firm lawyer, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics Master of Laws, Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association Marriage and Family Practice Research Committee, Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association Young Lawyers Committee, Beijing King&Capital Law Firm party committee organization member, the third party branch secretary, holds the qualification of securities practitioner, fund practitioner qualification. Ye Jing has many years of experience in legal services, once worked in the fund management company as a legal supervisor, the entire company involved in the daily legal affairs, involved in the company's investment and mergers and acquisitions and the drafting of legal documents, and has many years of experience in the new three board listing, directional issue, major asset reorganization, investment and financing, acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions business experience. Since practicing, Ms. Ye Jing has been mainly engaged in the permanent legal advisor, special legal advisor and civil and commercial litigation business related to the new three board companies, government, institutions and company business, as well as other types of civil and commercial dispute resolution business, criminal and civil cross-business.

Wang Kou is a full-time lawyer of King&Capital Law Firm, a member of China Law Society, and an invited researcher of Beijing Elderly Law Research Association. His main practice areas are corporate governance and compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. He has provided compliance legal services for the State Grid Provincial Company and its seven branches/subsidiaries; due diligence legal services for the acquisition of a real estate project in the Bohai Rim region by a top 50 real estate company by Sino-Ocean Group; and special legal services for the acquisition of a 100MW photovoltaic power generation project by a Beijing-based energy and electric power joint-stock company.
