The "Spring Program" Scholarship Fund was established in 2012 by Beijing King&Capital Law Firm and the Minor's Trial Court of Fangshan District People's Court of Beijing Municipality, which has lasted for 12 years so far, and has provided care and assistance to more than 10 children and their families. At the beginning of 2019, 4 children were admitted to university and asked not to accept the "Spring Program" scholarships, hoping to give the opportunity to other children who are in greater need of care and help.In January 2019, through the joint recommendation of the Fangshan District Court and the schools in Fangshan District, 4 children joined the "Spring Program". The "Springs Program" was launched in January 2019, with four children joining the "Springs Program".
On June 4, 2023, the Fangshan Court and the relevant schools again jointly recommended four children, hoping that these four children can join the "Spring Plan" scholarship public welfare activities. We went to the children's homes and schools to visit and learn more about them.
The "Izumi Project" Scholarship Fund is dedicated to providing both material and spiritual support to children with outstanding academic performance, helping them to establish an optimistic and confident attitude towards life, and encouraging them to create their own future through their own efforts with the support of the Scholarship Fund.
This visit by the King&Capital party committee organization member Ye Jing, culture and sports member Ou Yang, the third party branch propaganda member Wang Dan, the three party comrades listened carefully to the parents of the children about their children's learning situation, and asked about the children's family situation. Among the children visited, some of them are from poor families and live with their parents in the mountains of Fangshan District, we hope to take this opportunity to help them get out of the mountains and expand their horizons by seeing more of the outside world; some of them have become left-behind children since they were small and single parents, but their grades are very good, we hope to help them to realize their dreams in life.
