Recently, Liu Ming, a senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, was appointed as an arbitrator of the Thailand-China International Arbitration and Conciliation Center (TCIAC).
Approved by the Ministry of Justice of Thailand and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, the Thailand-China International Arbitration and Conciliation Center (TCIAC) was established under the Act of Arbitration Center B. E. 2550 to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, with the joint initiative of the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC), and the Thailand-China Law Association (TCLAA). The Act of Arbitration Center B. E. 2550) to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs, the scope of services mainly include cross-border commercial disputes, arbitration and mediation.
