Ms. Liu Ling, a member of the Criminal Specialized Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, has been appointed as an expert of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in assessing criminal legal aid cases since 2019, and has participated in the MoJ's national legal aid case assessment work.
