On November 22, the conference of "Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agents" was held in Beijing. At the conference, China Trademark Magazine and Knowledgebot jointly released the list of Top 600 Trademark Agents in China (hereinafter referred to as the Top 600 list) under the guidance of China Trademark Association. The trademark agency team of King&Capital Law Firm's Intellectual Property Department was ranked among the top 100 in the evaluation list, and was awarded as a 5A-level organization in terms of trademark agency service capability.
The "Top 600" list uses official data, and after careful research and many rounds of argumentation, a systematic evaluation model was established from more than ten dimensions, such as the number of trademark applications, trademark opposition cases, trademark evaluation cases, etc. Based on the model, the service capacity of more than 30,000 trademark agencies filed with the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office was evaluated, and a total of 600 trademark agencies were rated as 5A, 4A and 3A agencies in terms of their service capacity of trademark agencies respectively.
