At the same time, he also explained the difference between the "rule of law" and the "rule of law", the administration according to law is the inevitable requirement of the rule of law, the key is to establish the rule of law thinking, to follow the "principle of law, respect for human rights, the principle of trust, the principle of proportionality The key lies in the establishment of a rule of law mentality, which should follow the principles of "lawfulness, respect for human rights, trust, proportionality" and other substantive and procedural principles.
