Yang then instructed Wu to sell some of the drugs.In late January 2018, Iwamou again arranged for Pu Mou and Yang Mouqiang to transport drugs from Yunnan to Chengdu, and A Mou notified Yang to pick up the drugs.On the 23rd, Yang was apprehended by the police while receiving the drugs, and 4,513.5 grams of heroin were seized on the spot. The police then seized 3,952 grams of previously unsold heroin in Yang's rented room, as well as 288 grams of heroin purchased from him. On the same day, Ah was also arrested in Jinyang County.
