Ms. Liang Yali, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, director of Kyoto Criminal Defense Center and executive director of China Society of Criminal Law, was invited to participate in the conference.

Mr. Ma Hongjun, President of the Research Society of Legal Documentation of China Law Society and Professor of China University of Political Science and Law, delivered a speech as the representative of the organizer. Lawyer Liang Yali, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm and executive director of China Society of Criminal Law, summarized her experience in writing procedural and substantive documents in criminal defense practice in her wonderful speech.
