Mr. Yu Yamin and Mr. Liu Yang, partners of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, were invited to be the lecturers of this seminar, and carried out the training on the two major topics of “Prevention of IPR Compliance Risks in the Process of CCTC Product Sales and Agency” and “Legal Compliance Risks and Prevention of General Transaction and Agency Contracts for Sales of Electronic Products” respectively. “Two major topics of training were carried out.
