Plaintiff Yang Zi and Defendant Yin Moumou (microblogging user “light Luo fan z”) network infringement liability dispute case, April 29, 2024 Beijing Internet Court issued a civil judgment, ruling that Defendant Yin Moumou in the microblogging in the case of top to Yang Zi to make amends and apologize, and compensation for the mental comfort and reasonable expenses. The judgment is now effective.

Yin Moumou in July 2021 to November 2022, through the microblogging user nicknamed “light Luo fan z” (UID: 6264340184) account, repeatedly released infringement of Yang Zi's right to reputation of the speech. 2023 April, in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, Yang Zi Yin Moumou as the defendant filed a lawsuit, and entrusted Beijing King&Capital Law Firm's lawyers Chang Sha and Chen Shunli to represent the case.

In the end, the court found that the remarks posted by Yin Moumou on microblogging, without submitting evidence to prove the truthfulness of his remarks, were capable of lowering Yang Zi's social appraisal, and that the remarks constituted insults and defamation, which infringed Yang Zi's right to reputation. Yin Moumou should bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

As of this writing, microblogger “Light Luo Fanz” has publicly apologized to Ms. Yang Zi on her microblog.
