On May 25, 2024, the 8th Appointment Conference of Arbitrators of Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) was successfully held in Beijing Zhengda Center. Mr. Liu Ming, Senior Partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, was appointed as an Arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC).

The process of selecting and appointing arbitrators for BAC is strict and of high standard. In the third national assessment of arbitration credibility in 2023, BeiJing was selected by arbitrators as the arbitration institution “most expected to be appointed”, and it has a higher honor and value in the hearts of legal people.

Mr. Liu Ming has been practicing law for decades and has served as an arbitrator for many arbitration institutions. His research on “Application of Civil and Commercial Arbitration in Optimizing Business Environment” and “Construction of Beijing International Commercial Arbitration Center” won the first prize of “Outstanding Research Achievements in Participating in and Discussing Politics” of his party. “He has also formed a number of achievements in discussing and advising on politics and transformed them.
