  On November 29th, King&Capital Law Firm ushered in a unique feast - “Burning the Light of Wisdom, the Great Integration of New Employees of Kyoto in 2024 and the Fourth Issue of King&Capital KING Young Lawyers ‘King&Capital’ Ying Club “The event gathered all the young lawyers from Kyoto firms to participate in the event. The event brought together over 70 new faces from King&Capital firms to weave a wonderful chapter about acquaintance, cooperation and growth.


  “The brilliant achievement of a law firm cannot be separated from the solid support of each lawyer's professional strength, but also requires the deep integration with the team in terms of ability. A strong team as the backing, can help lawyers to deal with major cases with ease. This requires the construction of a solid bridge of trust between members through constant communication and interaction and in-depth understanding.” Zhao Kui, Director of Operation Support Department of King&Capital, said so. She emphasized that this event aims to promote better understanding of each other, work hand in hand, and in the process achieve personal growth and transformation, and start a wonderful journey.

  In the speech session, Chu Changzhi, Managing Partner and CEO of King&Capital Law Firm, used four vivid cases as an introduction to distill the four key words of integration, co-construction, growth and happiness.   The part of Knowledge Cheering Station is the course “Know Yourself, Know Your Enemy, Communicate Effectively”, which was specially designed for the lawyers by Mr. Huang Wei, an expert in MBTI assessment, at the invitation of King&Capital Law Firm. This course is rich in content, practical, and the teaching style is humorous and interesting, well received. In the classroom, the lawyers interacted warmly and learned how to know themselves and others better and mastered the key skills of effective communication in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. “Mr. Huang's explanation is both vivid and inspiring, which benefits us a lot.” One participant said excitedly.
