About the 2024 ALB China Dispute Resolution Rankings

In order to present the strongest dispute resolution firms in the market and to provide an in-depth look at the new developments in the field, over the past two months ALB has researched the number, size, complexity and significant achievements of dispute resolution work carried out by the enrolled firms, taking into account factors such as the composition and development of the dispute resolution team, client retention and new additions, etc., and has finally presented the 2024 ALB China Dispute Resolution Practice Ranking.

This is the first time that ALB has ranked the dispute resolution capabilities of law firms in China (including international law firms with offices in mainland China). The ranking is divided into two sections, “Litigation” and “Arbitration”, which are subdivided into different levels.

The firms on the list vary in terms of the number of staff and the volume of business, but a major commonality is that they have handled complex and difficult dispute cases, which is representative and innovative in the industry. Several firms on the list shared their experience in the field of dispute resolution with ALB.
