Recently, the Sixth Party Branch of the Party Committee of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm went into the First Community of Shibalidian in Chaoyang District of Beijing, and gave a lecture entitled “Being a Neighbor with Benevolence, Choosing the Good - Keeping Away from Violence in Schools and Continuing to Grow Healthily” to more than 50 school students and parents in the community. The lecture focused on the prevention of violence in schools.

The lecture began with the story of Mencius' mother's three moves. In the story, Mencius' mother moved three times, believing that moving next to a school would achieve the goal of education; in reality, there is still the problem of school violence even in schools. The lecture recalled Mencius' mother's call for “benevolence” and “goodness” to prevent violence in schools.

In the lecture, article by article, explained the “Law on the Protection of Minors”, “Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency”, “Criminal Law”, “Civil Code”, “Law on Public Security Administration Punishments” and other laws related to violence in schools, and called for the study of the law, the use of the law.

At the end of the lecture, King&Capital lawyers explained the effective “three do not harm principle” which is pioneered by China's engineering enterprises, that is, “do not harm yourself, do not harm others, do not be harmed by others”. Through the complexity of the current situation of the school from space, time, personnel cross, creatively introduced the “three do no harm principle” of the campus version, was recognized by the majority of the audience.
