Sun Yanhui, senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, graduated from the Law School of Jilin University in 1990, practiced as a lawyer in 1992, and is now the partner-in-charge and senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm's Corporate and Compliance Department, a member of the Rules Committee of Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators' Association, a member of the Bankruptcy Committee of Beijing Lawyers' Association, and the director of the Research Institute of Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Merger, Acquisition and Reorganization Practice of Beijing Lawyers' Association.
