At the meeting, the contractor judge Luo Ting on behalf of the panel reported in detail the origin of the case, the focus of the dispute between the prosecution and the defence, as well as the facts identified in the trial.

Prosecutor Li Chang and defence lawyer Zheng Fei combined with the evidence in the case to express their views on whether the charges are established.

After both the prosecution and the defence left the court, the members of the Trial Committee had a full discussion and voted to form a resolution.
