On 9th January 2025, China Trademark Association held the ‘Training Course on Interpretation of Typical Cases of Trademark Agents in 2022-2023’ online, and lawyer Han Libin, a member of the trademark team of King&Capital Intellectual Property Department, was invited to participate in this activity as the main speaker.

The Chinese Trademark Association has held the ‘Trademark Agency Typical Cases Selection Activity’ for nine consecutive years since 2015. The typical cases come from the trademark agency cases submitted nationwide, and are selected by an expert jury composed of relevant persons from the State Intellectual Property Office, judges of intellectual property courts at all levels, and famous experts and scholars. The final selected trademark typical cases are not only the crystallisation of the experience and wisdom of the trademark administrative authorities and judicial authorities in case adjudication, but also the embodiment of the skills and abilities of the trademark legal service personnel in case representation.

King&Capital Intellectual Property Department's Trademark Team represented the ‘Teled’ trademark dispute case, which was selected as a typical case of trademark agency in 2022-2023. The success of the case demonstrated the professional strength of the trademark agent to actively protect the legal rights of the client and enhance the awareness of the trademark right owner.

Han Libin, as the main speaker of the ‘Teliand’ trademark dispute case, shared the typical case with more than 1,000 participants of the Chinese Trademark Association through online live broadcast. Mr. Han gave an in-depth account of the case, analysed the difficult legal issues involved in the case, and made a professional analysis of the development trend of trademark examination and trial. In this lecture, Mr Han Libin fully demonstrated the professional strength and rich experience of King&Capital Intellectual Property Department in the field of trademark agency, and also promoted the exchange of trademark case agency practice within the industry, achieving good results.
