Liu Yang, Master of Civil and Commercial Law, Renmin University of China. Jinling Men
Jinling Men, Ph.D. in Litigation Law from Peking University, retired faculty member of the Law School of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and Deputy Director of the Institute for Advanced Criminal Defence Studies at Northwestern University of Political Science and Law. Her main research interests are criminal procedure law, evidence law and legal clinic education. He is the sole author of Research on the Relationship between Investigation and Trial (UNESCO Documentary Publishing House), the editor-in-chief of Criminal Defence Practice Guide (Law Publishing House), the editor-in-chief of Criminal Defence: Strategies, Techniques and Cases, the deputy editor-in-chief of Criminal Defence (Theory), and the deputy editor-in-chief of Criminal Defence (Practice), Peking University Publishing House, and he has participated in more than 10 projects of the national social science fund projects and other topics. Yan Huainan
Yan Huainan is a member of the China Law Society, a director of the Beijing Municipal Society of Criminology, an executive director of the Beijing Municipal Society of Supervision Law, an arbitrator of the Beihai International Arbitration Court, and a deputy director of the King&Capital Centre for Food and Drugs Law; he also holds a master's degree in law from the People's Public Security University of China. Zhang Xiaofeng
Zhang Xiaofeng graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a degree in Criminal Defence Skills Training Programme. Zhang Xiaofeng worked in the Procuratorate, engaged in public prosecution and anti-corruption investigation work, and joined King&Capital Law Firm in 2007, has been engaged in criminal defence work. Ruowen Che
Ruowen Che is mainly engaged in civil and commercial litigation, but also specialises in dispute resolution of environmental resources, and has published many articles on environmental crime and public interest litigation, such as ‘Research on Public Participation System of Environmental Legislation’. Chen Deling
Chen Deling, who started her practice in 2006, has worked as a corporate legal officer and served as a legal supervisor and compliance director of the legal department of a well-known enterprise. Liu Hongyu, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Nankai University, is an international anti-money laundering practitioner and holds a fund practitioner's qualification certificate. Her practice areas are trust, banking, corporate and fund business. Liu Jihui was once employed by Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and investigated a large number of criminal cases during his service. Ma Lixi
Ma Lixi, joined Beijing King&Capital Law Firm in 2011, a criminal defence craftsman. He is a professional criminal defence lawyer and has been focusing on the defence of criminal cases for more than ten years. In the defence of heavy and large-scale cases involving economic and job-related crimes, wildlife crimes, food safety crimes, and crimes related to blackmail (such as the Ministry of Public Security and provincial-level listed cases), he has repeatedly obtained verdicts of dismissal of cases, non-prosecution, sentencing below the statutory penalty, and acquittal. Song Yuehua, LLM from China University of Political Science and Law, is a member of the Corporate Practice Research Committee of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. Zhang Yanfei
