At the forum, Zhu Yalin made a report on “Key Points of Reviewing Appraisal Opinions in Trade Secret Infringement Cases”, combining her own defense experience.  Zhang Qiming, the theme of this forum speech is “Insider Trading Cases Defense Difficulties and Cracking the Way”. Zhang Qiming introduced the data of various types of insider trading crimes in Beijing in the year 2024 under the “zero tolerance” crackdown on securities crimes, pointing out that King&Capital Law Firm has many years of experience in dealing with securities crimes, and that the King&Capital Criminal Defense Research Center just released the “Annual Observation Report on Insider Trading Cases in the Year 2024” early in the year to analyze various practice types of insider trading crimes and analyze the difficulties and ways to crack them. For the various types of practice of insider trading crime, we analyze the difficulties and pain points of defense and put forward the common ideas of defense.
