Up to now, the parties to SCIA arbitration and conciliation cover 142 countries and regions, and the arbitrators cover 114 countries and regions. In 2023, the total amount in dispute of the cases received by SCIA will be RMB 138.3 billion yuan, and the highest amount of international commercial arbitration cases will be more than RMB 25 billion yuan.
