March 15, 2025, Beijing King&Capital Law Firm senior partner, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, deputy director of the Institute of Advanced Criminal Defense, Peking University, PhD in litigation law lawyer Men Jinling was invited by the Jiangxi Provincial Lawyers' Association, as a keynote guest to attend the province of the criminal defense practice difficulties in professional seminars held in the city of Ji'an and made a lecture speech on the theme of “defense perspective of the four elements and the three strata”.

At the seminar, Mr. Men Jinling deeply analyzed the difference and connection between the “four elements” and the “three classes” in the criminal law theory from the legal theory and judicial practice, as well as the specific application in the criminal defense. Through a personal experience of handling cases, he intertwined the legal theory and criminal defense practice, bringing a feast to the colleagues.

After the speech, Mr. Men Jinling patiently answered the difficulties and problems encountered by the colleagues in criminal defense and put forward specific suggestions and methods, providing substantive answers to their questions.
