Representative cases handled in 2019:

• Hai Moumou contract fraud case, after defense, obtained bail pending trial at the court trial stage, and in January 2019 was awarded the acquittal of Hai Moumou by the Intermediate People's Court of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province;
• The fraud case of Huang Moumou, involving an amount with the highest statutory penalty up to life imprisonment, was actually detained by different case-handling authorities for more than two years, and was finally granted a decision of not prosecuting by the People's Procuratorate of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, in August 2019;
• Li, who was implicated in a mega corruption case in Hebei Province, was suspected of bribing and destroying accounting documents; the review and prosecution stage knocked down a crime of destroying accounting documents, and the court trial stage obtained a bail pending trial, and was finally sentenced to one year and six months of probation for two years and fined 200,000 yuan by the court of designated jurisdiction in 2019.
• The case of Xiao Moumou's occupation of duties, loan sharking and misappropriation of unit funds, which was investigated and finalized by the Jiangxi Provincial Public Security Bureau, the suspected crimes and amounts reached the maximum sentence of more than 10 years to life imprisonment, and was actually detained for two years, and after painstakingly and carefully defending the case, it was finally awarded the first instance verdict of the court of specified jurisdiction in 2019, which did not constitute the crime of occupation of duties and misappropriation of unit funds, and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment with a probation period of five years for the crime of loan sharking.
