On March 29, 2025, the 2024 Annual Academic Conference of Beijing Supervision Law Research Association and the “2025 Spring Forum - Theory and Practice of Promoting the ‘Three Non-Corruptions’ as a Whole” were held at China University of Political Science and Law. The forum was organized by Beijing Supervision Law Research Association, which gathered experts and scholars from many universities and excellent legal talents. Yan Huainan, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, made a speech on the theme of “‘Class Cases Handled Together’ Increasing the Efficiency of Promoting ‘Three Non-Corruptions’ as a Whole”. The senior partner of Kyoto Law Firm, Mr. Yan Huainan, made a keynote speech in the forum, which was elected as the executive director of the forum.

“The three non-corruption” means not daring to corrupt, not being able to corrupt, and not wanting to corrupt. In the forum, Yan Huainan combined his own study of discipline inspection and supervision jurisprudence, party regulations, supervision and discipline and supervision of law enforcement and criminal defense practice experience, scientific and systematic analysis of the “class of cases with the same” on the integration of the “three non-corruption” role. Mr. Yan Huainan, through his rich experience in defense practice, combined with anti-corruption policies and theories, vividly and interestingly explained the necessity and effectiveness of the same treatment for similar cases, which was highly suitable for the intention of this forum and was highly praised by the audience.

After the meeting, Beijing Supervision Law Research Association held an internal meeting and Mr. Yan Huainan was elected as the executive director.
