Professional Experience
Mr.Yang Hangsheng is a Senior Partner at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm.He graduated from Renmin University of China Law School in 1999 and began practicing law in 2002.Over more than two decades of practice,he has handled hundreds of civil and commercial litigation,arbitration,and enforcement cases covering areas such as finance and capital markets,intellectual property,film and television,electric power,and the internet industry,while also providing extensive non-litigation and daily legal services.He is particularly adept at using a combination of civil and criminal approaches to resolve major,difficult,and complex disputes.With unique insights and unconventional methods in crisis management and dispute resolution,he approaches cases by examining the emergence,development,and resolution of crises and disputes from the perspective of the natural course of events,and then identifies optimal solutions and strategies in light of specific social operating conditions.
