The main speaker of this activity is Mr. Peng Jiyue, senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm and head of Criminal Department III.
During the lecture tour in Changde, Mr. Peng Jiyue combined a large amount of detailed data and real typical cases to bring a very in-depth and practical legal course to the students of local junior high schools and high schools. At the activity site, through the analysis of the number of arrests approved for crimes against minors, the number of prosecutions for crimes against minors, and the trend of the number of minor criminal suspects accepted for prosecution, Mr. Peng revealed to the students the seriousness of the problem of minors' crimes and abuse in an intuitive and serious manner, and made the students realize the urgency of raising their legal awareness and protecting their own safety.
When explaining the problem of school bullying, Mr. Peng Jiyue combined the recent case of a middle school student who insulted his classmates in a WeChat group and was found liable, explained the legal consequences of school bullying in depth, emphasized that both in real life and in cyberspace, we must strictly abide by laws and regulations, and guided students to resolutely resist school bullying, and to bravely safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests.
Talking about network security, Peng Jiyue lawyer for cyber bullying, privacy leakage, network violence and other personal attacks were explained in detail, with real cases as an entry point, so that students clearly realize that the network world is not a place outside the law, the network of words and deeds are also subject to the constraints of the law.
