In the afternoon, Mr. Wu Xinrong, as the main speaker, firstly conducted legal training on contract compliance management, and put forward suggestions to deal with the considerations of the whole life cycle of the contract in light of the Civil Code, the Minutes of the Nine Civil Conferences, and the actual problems found during the period of providing the company with perennial legal advisors.
Subsequently, Mr. Wu Xinrong gave a special legal training on labor and safety compliance in outsourcing and other situations. In practice, it is very common for outsourcing personnel to file labor arbitration directly to the contractor due to labor non-compliance of the outsourcing party. Although the arbitration result determines that the outsourcing personnel do not have a labor relationship with the contractor, it does have an impact on the normal production and operation order of the contractor. Mr. Wu Xinrong gave a focused explanation on this issue, combining the provisions of the Labor Contract Law, the Beijing Wage Payment Regulations, the Work Injury Insurance Regulations and other laws and regulations, clarifying that there is a labor relationship between the outsourcing party and the outsourcing personnel, and explaining in detail the legal duties of the outsourcing party for the outsourcing personnel and specific considerations.
