Before the start of the competition, the lawyers of King&Capital Law Firm arrived at the site of the competition in advance with the judges and prosecutors, carefully read the competition case file and the paper materials submitted by the teams, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the competition schedule and the basic case.
In the course of the competition, the judges and guests jointly formed a collegial court, guiding the contestants to complete the “prosecution and defense”, “proof of evidence”, “court debate” and “trial summary”. “Summary of the trial” and ‘final statement’ and other five links, and provide appropriate guidance; after the adjournment of the court, the panel retired, the judges and guests of the collective discussion, based on the scoring standards and the performance of the court on the prosecution and the defense side of the detailed scoring, and ultimately assessed the winners Finally, the judges and guests evaluated the performance of the prosecution and the defense from their own experience in terms of standardization of documents, trial strategy, and business ability.

After a short break, the award ceremony of this year's King&Capital Cup Criminal Moot Court Competition was officially held. Mr. Xie Shu, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law, Mr. Guo Zhilong, professor and doctoral supervisor of Institute of Network Law, and Mr. Liu Yiyang, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Criminal Justice were invited to participate in the awards ceremony as guests.
