Mr.Liu Hangyu,a lawyer in the Foreign Law Department of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm,graduated from Swansea University in the United Kingdom,majoring in international maritime law,with a master's degree(LL.M.).Prior to joining Beijing King&Capital Law Firm,Mr.Liu worked in the international trade and shipping team of Shanghai Rongfu Law Firm and the foreign business team of Beijing Zhongze Law Firm,and has been practicing in the field of international trade and maritime business for many years.
