In June 2025, Beijing King&Capital (Shanghai) Law Firm cooperated with Singapore PD LEGAL to issue legal opinion for the project of Avant-Land (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. and OLAM GLOBAL AGRI PTE.LTD. 1-year credit line RMB365 million credit line.

This legal service was handled by Zhou Fuyi, partner and Jin Jianyang, associate of King&Capital Shanghai Office, who provided all legal services including preliminary coordination and document review, and issued the relevant legal opinion for this project.
