On June 15, 2025, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the founding of King&Capital Law Firm, a mini-marathon team-building event with the theme of “30 Years of Youth, King&Capital Like a ‘Step’” was held in Yanqing. Nearly 100 King&Capital lawyers and staff enthusiastically participated in the event, paying tribute to the glorious past with their running, uniting the team, and embarking on a new journey into the future.
“After 30 years of working together through thick and thin, today's rain has become a special witness—just as King&Capital has done for 30 years, we have always moved forward side by side, regardless of whether times were good or bad.” In his speech, Chu Changzhi, managing partner and CEO of King&Capital Law Firm, said that over the past 30 years, King&Capital Law Firm has experienced both sunshine and storms. He said, “The most moving scenery is not in the distance, but in the eyes of your companions; the most precious journey is not in speed, but in every step taken side by side.”
Zhu Yonghui, director of King&Capital Law Firm, wore sportswear to give a speech at the flag presentation ceremony. He said emotionally, "How can you see the rainbow without going through the storm? “Yesterday's heavy rain in Beijing is like the wind and rain that the people of King&Capital have experienced over the past 30 years. Over the past 30 years, under the leadership of Mr. Wenchang Tian, the founder of King&Capital, and other senior lawyers of King&Capital, we have braved the wind and rain and overcome difficulties to achieve today's achievements! Today's bright sunshine in Beijing symbolizes the glory of King&Capital in the next 30 years and 100 years. King&Capital will surely usher in a better tomorrow!”
Zhu Yonghui emphasized that King&Capital, now 30 years old, is in the prime of its life, and that the road ahead still needs to be paved by the people of King&Capital. “All efforts start today. I hope that everyone can demonstrate the pursuit of excellence of the people of King&Capital in the mini-marathon and run with the spirit of King&Capital's eternal pursuit of first place!”
The participants, dressed in uniformly designed 30th anniversary running uniforms, were in high spirits and ready to go. Attorney Tian Wenchang served as the referee and gave the starting signal to the participants.
With a crisp starting gunshot, the group sprinted off the starting line like arrows leaving the bow. On the 5-kilometer course, there were both seasoned attorneys leading steadily and young assistants sweating it out with youthful vigor.
As part of the 30th anniversary celebration of King&Capital Law Firm, this mini-marathon showcased the spirit of King&Capital's enterprising and cooperative teamwork, and brought together all colleagues' deep emotional identification with and confidence in the firm's development.
In the future, the people of King&Capital will continue to uphold their original aspirations, run with even greater enthusiasm on the grand journey of the rule of law in China, and write an even more brilliant chapter!
