Recently, King&Capital's senior partner, Mr. Jie Jin, was invited to conduct several informative and targeted law-prevention classes for the New CSC Experimental School.

On July 10, Mr. Jin Jie gave a rich and wonderful sharing to the school students on the topic of “Stop Bullying, Guard Your Growth”. He talked about how students' physical and mental health will be greatly impacted in the face of bullying in schools, and how to avoid secondary damage and self-adjustment deserve our attention. At the same time, he shared several ways to avoid bullying and protect themselves, hoping that students would learn to deal with it in a positive way and guard their own safety.

On July 14, combining vivid practical cases from the dual perspective of lawyers and parents, lawyer Jin Jie gave an in-depth explanation on school bullying for the faculty and staff with the theme of “Protecting Growth, Protecting Yourself”. Starting from the definition, characteristics and current situation of school bullying, he used detailed data to reveal the seriousness of the problem of school bullying, and then elaborated on how teachers should correctly deal with bullying, emphasizing the need to establish communication channels, timely intervention, fair treatment and attention to the victim's psychology. At the same time, he also shared the skills of teachers' emotional management and scientific education methods, reminded everyone to be alert to the penalties and effects of violating teachers' ethics, and encouraged teachers to become the reliance of students' hearts, and to guard the growth of every child with the “benevolent heart of a teacher”.
