On the afternoon of August 8, 2025, the Beijing Trademark Association held its 30th Anniversary Celebration and Trademark Development Conference. The event gathered nearly 500 professionals, including leaders from relevant national and municipal authorities, intellectual property experts, representatives from sister associations in other provinces and municipalities, Beijing-based partner business associations, and member organizations.

At the event, the Beijing Trademark Association formally released the “Beijing Trademark Agencies T300” tiered ranking system. Developed under the association's guidance by a global trademark AI database specialist, this data is built upon a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation framework. It encompasses metrics including: the volume of opposition and invalidation proceedings handled, the success rate in opposition and invalidation proceedings, the number of well-known trademark cases handled in opposition and invalidation proceedings, the number of nationally significant administrative and judicial precedent cases, the number of top ten Beijing trademark cases handled, the number of well-known Beijing trademarks and key protected trademarks represented, as well as service quality, international influence, and professional talent teams. This multi-dimensional assessment evaluates the comprehensive strength of agencies.

Through rigorous data collection, scientific analysis, and impartial evaluation of these metrics, 300 outstanding agencies were selected from Beijing's trademark agencies to form the “Beijing Trademark Agencies T300” ranking. Also selected for the first tier in this batch are 100 agencies including Beijing King & Wood Mallesons Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., Baker McKenzie Intellectual Property Agency (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beijing Junhe Law Firm, Beijing Liusheng Law Firm, Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm, Beijing Jijia Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., and Beijing Wanhui Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.
