In order to do a good job in the study of trade secret-related issues in the preparation of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” for intellectual property rights, commissioned by the Strategic Planning Department of the State Intellectual Property Office, a symposium on the preparation of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” for intellectual property rights (special session on trade secrets) was held on September 16 in Beijing, which was aimed at gathering wisdom from all parties for the preparation of the plan and providing reference basis.
