On December 14, 2025, Mr. Tang Jianbin, Director of King&Capital Law Firm, and Mr. Zhang Yongfu and Mr. Wang Zhiqiang, Deputy Directors of King&Capital Law Firm, were invited to participate in the Seminar on Beijing Food and Drug Safety Rule of Law Practices in the Context of the Construction of International Consumption Center Cities, which was organized by Beijing Food and Drug Safety Rule of Law Research Society, School of Law of the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and the Center for Consumer Protection Law of the University of International Business and Economics (CCPL).

Mr. Tang Jianbin made a keynote speech with “Reflections on the Application of the Crimes of Counterfeit Drugs, Poisonous and Harmful Foods, and Obstruction of Drug Administration in the Case of Illegally Adding Drugs”; Mr. Zhang Yongfu made a speech with “Compliance of Catering Enterprises and the Prevention of Legal Risks”, and Mr. Wang Zhiqiang made a speech with a talk with “Constructing the Most Professional and Authoritative Open and Sharing Beijing King&Capital Law Firm Food and Drug Knowledge Law Research Platform”.

This seminar focuses on the rule of law practice in the field of food and drug safety in the capital, including administrative enforcement, judicial trial, corporate compliance, lawyers' representation, etc., aiming at summarizing the work experience and promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity in the field of food and drug safety.
