To adapt to the dynamic developments in the field of trademark law and evolving industry needs, continuously optimize the team structure of the Research Group on Cutting-Edge Issues in Trademark Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Research Group”), effectively integrate intellectual resources within the industry, and promote the sustained, in-depth, and innovative development of research work, the Research Group continues to implement an annual mechanism for personnel adjustments. Following a rigorous selection process, the China Trademark Association has carried out a new round of personnel integration. On May 21, 2026, the Association announced the membership roster for the 2026 Research Task Force on Cutting-Edge Issues in Trademark Law.

Among the members, Attorney Yu Yamin of King&Capital Law Firm serves as co-chair of the “Trademark Use Research Task Force” and concurrently serves as a member of the “Trademark Pledge Financing and Securitization Research Task Force”; Attorney Feng Yunqin serves as a member of the “Trademark Criminal Protection Research Task Force.”
