To help companies standardize their employment management and mitigate the risks of labor disputes, the Labor Dispute Practice Research Group of the King&Capital Civil and Commercial Litigation Research Center, in collaboration with its Zhengzhou branch, recently hosted a seminar on practical labor law for mid-level managers at the Zhengzhou branch. Participants included clients served by the Zhengzhou branch, attorneys from the branch, and colleagues from local partner law firms.

The training featured expert explanations on common employment challenges—such as the fulfillment of employment contracts, compensation management, job reassignments and terminations, and severance pay—and analyzed typical cases of labor disputes while providing compliant solutions. Following the presentation, a one-on-one Q&A session was held on-site to address clients’ specific employment challenges in detail, while also facilitating in-depth exchanges with fellow attorneys on practical approaches to handling labor and employment cases.

Packed with valuable insights and highly practical, the training received unanimous praise from attendees. It not only helped companies strengthen their compliance defenses regarding employment practices but also established a platform for regional legal professionals to exchange ideas and learn from one another.
