To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Beijing King&Capital (Dalian) Law Firm, closely adhering to the guiding principle of Party-building leadership, deeply integrated Party-building “red education,” legal education for minors, and pro bono legal services. By leveraging the professional expertise of its attorneys to deliver tangible results and uphold their original aspirations, the firm has solidly reinforced the legal protection framework for minors. On the morning of July 1, Party member attorneys from the firm visited Xixiaomozi Elementary School in Yingchengzi Subdistrict, Ganjiangzi District, to carry out a Party Day legal education campaign titled “Xixiaomozi Youth Follow the Party: King&Capital’s Legal Education and Youth Protection Initiative.”
Event Venue
On the day of the event, all teachers and students at Xixiaomozi Primary School extended a sincere welcome to the participating lawyers with a solemn Young Pioneers salute, and student representatives presented the visiting lawyers with bright red scarves. A special “Little Role Models for Loving the Party, Loving the Country, and Learning the Law” commendation ceremony was held on-site, aimed at deepening children’s sense of patriotism and guiding them to understand and love the Party and learn and respect the law from an early age. The law firm carefully selected legal primer books as awards to present to outstanding student role models at the school who demonstrate patriotism, kindness, propriety, and a commitment to learning the law, as a token of encouragement. The children also presented handmade crafts to express their sincere gratitude to the lawyers from PuFa Law Firm.
Legal Awareness Presentation
Subsequently, the firm’s lawyers divided into groups and visited nine classes on campus to conduct face-to-face legal awareness presentations in the classrooms. This approach broke down the sense of distance often associated with traditional, centralized presentations, bringing legal education closer to every child. The presentations focused on the *Civil Code*, the *Law on the Protection of Minors*, and the *Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency*, incorporating practical legal knowledge relevant to elementary students’ daily lives, such as holiday safety. They explained topics including personal rights, physical and property safety, and campus safety responsibilities in an accessible manner from three dimensions: rights protection, behavioral boundaries, and risk self-rescue. The immersive legal education sessions in the classrooms were met with great enthusiasm; such close-up legal education is a rare opportunity for rural elementary schools and was deeply appreciated by the entire school community.
