Corporate and Compliance
Compliance management is an intrinsic requirement for the sound operation of a business and a fundamental prerequisite for preventing compliance risks. By assessing the compliance of activities involved in a company’s establishment, operations, and dissolution, legal risks can be mitigated. Through the establishment of a sound corporate compliance culture and compliance framework, the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise is ensured. King&Capital and compliance practice is one of the earliest areas of practice developed by King&Capital Law Firm. Advocating for the “proactive prevention and control of legal risks,” the firm serves as a “firewall” and legal steward for enterprises, safeguarding clients’ professional careers, personal lives, and wealth. In today’s highly competitive, complex, and ever-changing market environment, our team of attorneys tailors their approach to each client’s specific corporate nature, core business, and management systems to resolve a wide range of legal issues. We have developed a comprehensive suite of specialized legal services for corporate clients, earning a strong reputation within the industry.
The Corporate and Compliance Department currently comprises more than 30 attorneys, all of whom graduated from top-tier law schools in China and abroad. Some were formerly senior judges or arbitrators, while others hold professional qualifications and experience as Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Certified Tax Agents, patent agents, or in other judicial capacities, or have worked at world-class accounting firms, investment banks, and consulting firms. Team members are capable of working in multiple languages, including Chinese and English, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, cross-jurisdictional, and multilingual services.
