On December 22, 2011, the annual ceremony for elite lawyers sponsored by Fangyuan justice magazine “Cultural Lawyer of the Year” was held in the China Hotel. Yang Damin, a partner of our law firm, was awarded the title of because of his performance in promoting legal culture and maintaining the legal rights of artists. The Vice President of the China Judicial Sentencing Research Institute Qu Xinjiu presented the award.

 

Tian WenChang, Han JiaYi, Zhu YongHui, Wang JiuChuan and Liu Bo also attended this ceremony. Hu KeHui, Vice Chairman of the Association of Chinese Procurators, and Dai YuZhong, member of the National People's Congress also presented awards. The ceremony commemorated the tenth anniversary of China's entry into the World Trade Organisation 10 anniversary, and a discussion was held entitled "Responsibility and Globalization.”
