On November 17, 2011, the billboard unveiling ceremony of the "Double Top 60 Chinese Contractors and Engineering Design Enterprises" and the grand award ceremony for the “Top 30 Recommended Chinese Law Firms Engaged in Engineering Legal Affairs” sponsored by “Construction Times” and “American Engineering News-Record” (ENR) was held in Shanghai. King and Capital’s Dalian Office won the title of “Top 30 Most Recommendable Chinese Law Firms Engaged in Engineering Legal Affairs”.

“Top 30 Most Recommended Chinese Law Firms Engaged in Engineering Legal Affairs” is an award founded this year. The top 30, 15 law firms and 15 legal teams respectively, were selected through questionnaire investigation, statistical analysis, and measurement of market share and social influence. The members of the judging committee came from the Chinese Construction Industry Association, the Chinese Real Estate Association, the Chinese Lawyers Association, the Supreme People's Court, legal experts and top management officials, managers and senior experts from major real estate enterprises.

King and Capital’s Dalian Office is the only one who won the title in Liaoning Province. At the ceremony, Hua Yang, Director of King and Capital’s Dalian Office, made a speech on “Legal Risk Prevention and Control in the Construction Industry and Sustainable Development”. He interacted with other attendees and expressed his opinion on effectively upgrading the legal awareness of construction enterprises and enhancing the legal status of enterprises. His methods and trains of thought were well received by the majority of the attendees.
