Jiangsu Kunshan Feiliks International Logistics Inc’s initial public offering and listing in the Growth Enterprises Market (GEM) has recently obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC). Accordingly, Feiliks’ stock was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on July 6, 2011.

Wang Xiuhong, Qu Chengliang and Cui Xuemei of King and Capital Dalian Office were retained by Feiliks to provide legal services to the project, and received high praise for their working attitude of precision and determination, and for the great success of the project.

Feiliks applied for listing for the first time in 2011, and it was another successful case for King and Capital .
