Mr. Phil Wyithe, Head of UK Trade Investment (UKTI) at the British Embassy in China, paid a visit to King & Capital on March 28, 2012. He was accompanied by Ms. Chen Li, Senior Transaction Service Manager of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.

Mr. Phil Wyithe briefly introduced the processes governing investment in the UK and the British Embassy's role in facilitating investment. He outlined recent investments by Chinese companies in the UK and speculated as to future trends.

Edward Huang, partner of King and Capital introduced our International Department and explained its role in carrying out successful overseas transactions for some large companies.

The two parties expressed the hope of increasing collaboration and sharing resources in the future in British-related inbound and outbound investments.

Wang Yanbing (Alex Wang), lawyer of King and Capital, and Dong Qiu, senior assistant to Edward Huang, also took part in the meeting.
